Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we guarantee the quality of all our jewelry. If any item in your order does not meet our high quality standards, returns are easy. We will be happy to replace the defective item or refund your purchase price within 5 days of your order.
First, email us to get a Return Authorization Number. A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns. This helps us process your return and identify any problems so that we can correct them on future orders.
Items must unused and in original packaging to be sent promptly back, you are responsible for shipping and handling. Open or used items are not accepted.
All items are checked before items go out.
All packages are sent out Priority Mail, you will receive your confirmation via email. Please, provide a working email.
